Bold Oxlip is a floral studio in South East London that sources unusual seasonal flowers and plants to create hand-delivered bunches and bespoke flower arrangements for events and parties, alongside site-specific botanical styling and floral installations.

Founded by Harriet Slaughter, the studio's approach to flowers is inspired by a myriad of cultural and visual references  - from the gardens of Great Dixter to Matisse’s paper cutouts - but first and foremost draws on the natural beauty of the botanical world, treating each arrangement as a work of art, with flowers as the medium.

Our fledgling cutting garden, provides unusual and hard-to-source native plants and we're keen to support the flower-growing industry in the UK by using as many British-grown ingredients as possible.

With a background in ceramics, Harriet gives as much thought to the vessel as to the arrangement, working hard to source unusual vases, collaborating with studio potters where possible and also incorporating her own ceramics into her floral work.
